Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server for part-time, evenings and weekend shifts. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages while delivering exceptional service in a lively entertainment center.

You will learn the menu, promotions, and specials, upsell the center experience, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Strong teamwork and guest-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
