Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server for a part-time role at our entertainment center. You will take and deliver orders, learn promotions, and engage guests with excellent service in a vibrant environment.

Evening and night shifts with weekend availability are required. The pay rate ranges from $14.15 to $15.57 per hour plus tips, with benefits and healthcare options offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
