Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to interact with guests, deliver food and beverages, and provide outstanding service in a vibrant entertainment center. This part-time role requires evening or night shifts and weekend availability at one location in the United States.

The pay rate is $14.15 - $15.57/hour plus tips, with performance-based incentives and a competitive rewards package. You will learn the menu, promotions, and specials, check back with guests regularly, and help

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
