Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Lane Server to deliver outstanding guest service in a vibrant entertainment setting. You will take and fulfill food and beverage orders, learn the menu and promotions, and upsell center experiences.

This role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized station. Part-time shifts include evenings and weekends; previous hospitality experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in serving or hospitality.
• HS diploma is optional.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and guest service commitment.
• Must meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
