Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a friendly Lane Server to warmly greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and provide the exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.

As a part-time team member, you will work evening and night shifts, including weekends, and help maintain a clean, welcoming center while sharing our menu and promotions with guests.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
