Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Greensboro, NC is seeking a part-time Lane Server to join our vibrant bowling and entertainment team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help create a memorable experience for every visitor.

This role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and upselling center experiences. Evening and night shifts available; candidates must be at least 18 and able to meet state alcohol-service age requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in a guest-facing role.
• H.S. Diploma is optional.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
