Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a fast-paced bowling center environment.

The Lane Server role is a team-driven, guest-focused position that upsells the center experience and helps ensure guests have a memorable visit. Shift options include evenings and weekends in Glen Allen, VA, with a starting pay of $10.00 per hour plus tips. This part-time role offers a fun, dynamic work environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
