Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server in a vibrant entertainment center. You will interact with guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn our menu and promotions, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience in a lively, team-oriented environment.

Evening and night shifts are available, with weekend availability. The role emphasizes great guest service, upselling opportunities, and maintaining a clean, welcoming center for guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
