Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Lane Server to greet guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and provide exceptional service in a vibrant entertainment atmosphere.

You’ll learn the menu, promotions, and upsell opportunities, check back with guests, keep the area clean, and help with setup and restocking. Must be 18+ and able to serve alcohol per state law.

This role offers a fun, fast-paced environment with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

2 Years of serving experience
Experience in high-voule restaurants preferred
HS Diploma (Optional)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
A commitment to great guest service
Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
Check back with guests routinely
Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
Help keep the center clean
Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
Recommend/upsell the center experience

Skills

2 Years of serving experience
