Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server for our entertainment centers. You will interact with guests, serve food and drinks, and provide exceptional service to ensure guests return for more experiences.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and adherence to age restrictions for alcohol service. Evening and night shifts are available at our center location.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol as per state law.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
