Job summary

Shore Lodge, Whitetail Club is seeking a Landscaping Technician to beautify grounds, maintain lawns, irrigation, flower beds, paths, and pool areas to resort standards.

You will perform varied landscaping duties, manage debris, mulch beds, and keep pathways clean. The role is physical and team-oriented, requiring reliability, good communication with managers and guests, and prior high-end hotel or private club experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf maintenance, familiarity with equipment operation and tools necessary in golf course construction and maintenance work preferred.
• General Math Skills including addition, subtraction and multiplication preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, guests, members, coworkers, and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform varied landscaping duties while working on our beautiful grounds.
• Maintain drains, mow grass, blow and bag leaves, remove snow, mud and debris.
• Mulch, rake and deadhead flower beds.
• Keep all pathways and parking lots clean.
• Maintain the pool areas to resort standards.
• Spring and fall grounds clean up.
• Replace exterior lights and verify working order.
• Hold responsibility for completing assignment sheets/check lists daily.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
