Job summary

Responsibilities

Collect trash around two hospitals and parking lots daily.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and ensure fuel and grease levels are adequate.
Schedule staff and assure adequate coverage for site duties.
Assign tasks to workers and inspect conformance to standards.
Maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
Maintain and organize all storage and supply rooms.
Submit repair requests to Area Manager and assist in payroll when required.
Ensure a high level of cleanliness meeting customer expectations.
