Job summary

JMJ PHILLIP is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, execution, and quality of landscape construction projects in New Jersey. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and client expectations while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role demands strong project management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills, plus hands-on supervision on site and deep knowledge of landscape construction processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and workforce management software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties prior to scheduled service and develop action plans.
• Review site plans and project requirements with the construction team.
• Schedule and lead pre‑construction meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate people, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for each project.
• Assist with job scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee installation of landscape materials and ensure quality control.
• Monitor project progress and address schedule or quality issues.
