Overview

Landscape Project Manager – Location: Woodburn, OR | Company: SNO Landscape

SNO Landscape is a locally owned and operated landscaping company with deep roots in our community. We specialize in delivering high-quality landscape services and take pride in our tight-knit culture, fast-paced environment, and commitment to excellence. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of landscape construction and enhancement projects across residential, commercial, and municipal sectors.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a proactive leader with a background in landscaping or construction and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple crews and projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction from initial planning to final walkthrough. You’ll work closely with ownership, clients, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage all phases of landscape construction and enhancement projects
  • Coordinate field operations including labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
  • Lead daily communication with clients, general contractors, municipalities, and internal teams
  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance
  • Track and control project budgets, timelines, and change orders
  • Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, schedules, RFIs, and progress reports
  • Collaborate with the estimating team during the bid process
  • Support crew training and development, fostering a positive team culture
  • Manage job records, schedules, and budgets
  • Order project materials and coordinate deliveries with vendors and suppliers
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and troubleshoot issues on-site
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing landscape construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping, drainage, and grading techniques
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting landscape and civil construction plans
  • Proficiency with PlanSwift, or similar
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Hands-on, flexible, and resourceful approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications (But Not Required)
  • Familiarity with plant types, landscape materials, and installation practices
  • LMN program is a plus
  • Spanish language skills a plus
Job Type & Compensation
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (OT as needed)
  • Pay: $25/hr or more DOE
  • Benefits:
    • 40 hours PTO per year to start after 90 days
    • Russian Orthodox Holidays off
