Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks a Landscaping Project Manager to lead operations, logistics, and multiple crews for high-quality landscaping and hardscaping projects in Southeast Michigan. You will drive project success by communicating daily with Foremen, ensuring safety compliance, and building strong, trusting relationships to support the crews.

The role requires hands-on leadership and a flexible schedule, including peak-season weekends and winter snow/ice management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in hardscaping and landscaping operations.
• Proven management background with ability to oversee multiple crews.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving, high attention to detail, and time/priority management.
• Valid drivers license and a customer-focused, self-starting attitude.
• Willingness to work long hours, Saturdays, and 24/7 snow/ice management availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations for up to three crews.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and tools for projects.
• Communicate daily project goals to Foremen while enforcing safety.
• Support crew members with trust-building and annual reviews.
• Direct snow and ice management operations in winter.
