Job summary

Ksmanagementservices is seeking an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead a 5–10 person crew across Southeast Michigan. You will oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality lawn care, manage equipment, and drive efficiency while guiding interactions with condo associations and clients.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in landscaping, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work 10+ hour shifts. Snow removal experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend continuously during shifts.
• Willingness to work 10+ hour shifts as needed.
• Leadership and communication skills to supervise crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews for assigned jobs.
• Communicate job details, monitor progress, and address challenges in real time.
• Serve as primary contact for crew leaders and members.
• Inspect equipment and ensure maintenance and safety.
• Provide progress reports on jobs and equipment status.
