Job Description

As a Laborer, you will support landscape maintenance, irrigation, or construction projects, including operating equipment and maintaining landscaping elements.

Essential Functions

• Perform manual labor tasks in landscape, irrigation, or construction projects.
• Prepare surfaces for paving, maintain a clean and safe job site, handle materials, and operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
• Prune shrubs and low trees, lay sod, plant, mow, trim, dig, rake, mulch, install sprinklers, and maintain flower beds.
• Manage debris, perform weeding, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with customers and report problems to supervisors.
• Uphold company policies and values; perform other duties as assigned.
