Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; interface comfortably with customers.
• Assist the driver with truck inspections and equipment inventory.
• Share responsibility with the driver for completing paperwork and payment collection.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and demeanor.
• Experience in general labor, landscaping, construction, or warehouse helpful.
• Strong logic and mathematical skills (including operations with whole numbers and decimals, relating to dollars, weight, volume, etc.).
• Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
