Job Description

As a Laborer, you will provide landscape maintenance, landscape irrigation, or landscape construction support to various properties. Your responsibilities include the safe operation of landscaping equipment, upkeep of plant material, and other landscaping elements.

Essential Functions

• Perform manual labor tasks in landscape, irrigation, or construction projects.
• Prepare surfaces for paving, including landscape construction activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, including tool and equipment management.
• Handle materials, load/unload trucks, and transport materials.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents.
• Operate power mowers, trimmers, blowers, and perform pruning and planting tasks.
• Maintain flower beds and perform general landscaping duties.
• Operate equipment safely along sidewalks, beds, and around structures.
• Perform yard cleanup, mulching, weeding, and organic debris removal.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers.
• Report problems to supervisors and uphold company policies and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
