Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking experienced Crew Leaders to oversee all Enhancement crew activities in the field. You will manage the crew from start to completion, ensuring safety, training, and the proper tools are in place.

Responsibilities include daily pre-trip inspections, coordinating with management and customers, and safely driving crews between sites. Experience in masonry, flat work, and related installations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a landscape crew
• Ability to enforce safety materials, training, and tools
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement crew activities and ensure safety, tool readiness and proper safety equipment.
• Complete a daily pre-trip inspection report.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Operate Install tools and heavy equipment; safely drive crews to jobs.
• Experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls is desirable.
