Job summary

Acacia Facility Services in Laurel, MD is seeking a Crew Leader for Landscape, Snow Removal & Exterior Services. You will lead 2-4 crew members, operate medium-duty trucks and landscaping equipment, and ensure safe, high-quality grounds maintenance on a scheduled route.

The role requires a valid US driver's license, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, a DOT medical card, and at least 2 years of landscaping and snow service experience. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License required.
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• DOT Medical Card required (or obtain before starting).
• 2+ years of commercial landscaping and snow services experience required.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Must pass employment and random drug tests.
• Ability to follow GPS directions and read maps.
• Use a smartphone to log in/out of mobile work order apps.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and work in PPE.
• Company uniforms and PPE must be worn; smoking not permitted on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate medium-duty trucks and trailers, mowers, loaders, snowplows, and salt spreaders; inspect equipment daily.
• Lead and train 2-4 crew members to complete assigned routes safely and on time.
• Perform winter snow removal and de-icing tasks as needed.
• Conduct landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and cleanups.
• Work outdoors, often long hours; wear PPE and company uniform at all times.
• Review routes, stay proactive, and ask questions if tasks are unclear.
