Job summary

Schultz Lawnscapes is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. The role is year-round with seasonal snow support in winter months, offering growth opportunities and hands-on leadership on diverse job sites.

You will lead 2–5 crew members, perform essential turf and hardscape tasks, operate landscape equipment, and ensure safety and quality. This position includes year-round work and benefits aligned with company policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2–5 team members on job sites.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools.
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion.
• Report crew hours and track materials.
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding.
• Assist with snow removal during winter season.
