Job summary

LSI - Landscape Services Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. The role is year-round with seasonal snow support in winter months.

You will lead 2-3 crew members on job sites, supervise mowing and trimming, and ensure safety and timely completion. Snow duties are included during winter; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather.
• Reliable attendance and safety-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2-3 on job sites.
• Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate trucks and landscape equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
• Report crew hours, track materials, and complete daily paperwork.
• Train new crew members and onboard new staff.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
