Senske in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Service Manager to plan and budget resources for lawn, tree, and weed programs, and to supervise work within budget and safety guidelines while maintaining quality.

You will hire and train staff, ensure licensing, monitor processes, and strive to improve morale and performance in line with policies. This role also involves evaluating contracts, managing supplier relations, and coordinating with branch leadership on growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in landscaping industry.
• Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and budget resources (labor, equipment, materials) for lawn, tree, and weed programs.
• Hire and train staff; ensure proper staffing and licensing.
• Maintain staff licensing and safety compliance; promote morale and address personnel issues per policies.
• Monitor applications processes and staff training to ensure quality and safety.
• Evaluate contracts and oversee changes to scope and price to improve profitability.
