Landscapes by Terra, Inc. seeks a Landscape Sales Consultant to turn client goals into clearly defined projects, from inquiry through design to handoff. You will generate new business, build lasting relationships, and guide projects with Sales, Design, and Production teams.

Role involves coordinating proposals, ensuring accurate LMN documentation, and leading kickoff meetings. Requires a degree in a related field or equivalent sales experience, LMN/MS 365 proficiency, and a valid driver’s

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with LMN or similar CRM/estimation software and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through assigned leads, B2B outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Qualify clients, assess needs, scope, and budget to guide design direction.
• Maintain client relationships from inquiry to handoff to Production with timely updates.
• Collaborate with designers to develop and deliver design presentations.
• Create landscape proposals aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Maintain accurate task/status/update data in LMN with high accuracy.
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate dashboards across teams for smooth handoffs.
• Coordinate timelines across clients, designers, and Sales and Production teams.
• Pursue lead-to-sale conversions while growing a strong book of business.
• Participate in team meetings and training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
