Job summary

Marina Landscape, Inc. is seeking a Risk Manager to lead our enterprise risk management program across landscape construction operations.

You will identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial, safety, legal, environmental, and reputational risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a risk-aware culture. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field, strong OSHA knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, construction management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, preferably within construction or landscape services.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
• Professional certifications (CRM, CPCU, CSP) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational, safety, environmental, and financial risks through site visits, audits, and inspections.
• Review contracts and subcontractor agreements to assess exposure and compliance.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Project Management to integrate risk controls into daily workflows.
