Job summary

CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT, L.L.C. is seeking a senior program/department leader to set strategic direction, standardize practices, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex projects. Responsibilities include risk management, KPI development, and cross-functional coordination with senior management.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, client development experience, and adherence to ethical standards while guiding multi-disciplinary teams toward corporate objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, scientific or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of related A/E/C industry experience.
  • 10 years of program and project management or alliance management experience.
  • Proven profit and loss experience.
  • Demonstrated client development and management experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strategic direction and standardize program management practices.
  • Lead the department in best practices for delivery of services to customers.
  • Develop and monitor department communication policies and surface issues to meet contracts within schedule and budget.
  • Prepare information for customer visits, audits, and reviews.
  • Review targets with senior staff and adjust goals as needed.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs with project managers and support staff.
  • Identify and manage program/contract risks; escalate for visibility.
  • Analyze costs and forecast data to track progress toward goals.
  • Participate in major customer-related decisions for CERM.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all activities.
  • Guide project teams to align with corporate strategy and objectives.
  • Negotiate policy impacting projects; develop monitoring tools and dashboards.
  • Drive day-to-day project management procedures and controls.
  • Coordinate development plans and timelines; facilitate cross-functional communication.
  • Present updates and prepare status reports.
