Job summary

Design Works Landscaping in Hudson, NH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead landscape construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate field staff, review scopes, and ensure client satisfaction year-round.

You will work closely with sales to align estimates, materials, and schedules, and oversee the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Snow removal operations are included in winter months, making this role critical to year-round service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in landscape construction, hardscaping, or construction project leadership.
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of estimates, plans and budgets.
• Experience with snow removal operations (winter).
• Valid driver’s license and DOT Card.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day jobsite operations and regular communication with field staff.
• Set up jobs according to scope and technical specifications, review tasks, and clarify expectations.
• Serves as the main point of contact for customers.
• Works with sales to review estimates, scope, client expectations, materials and schedule.
• Ensures proper use and maintenance of tools, trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Responsible for snow removal operations, including plowing and salting.
