Dohner Landscaping in Hudson, OH is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to guide a crew through year-round maintenance, construction, and snow removal. This hands-on leadership role ensures productivity, quality workmanship, safety, and exceptional service on every project.

During winter, the role also serves as a Snow Plow Driver, operating trucks and equipment as needed, with opportunities for growth into Management tracks within a stable, year-round position.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a landscaping crew.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment and snow plow trucks.
• Able to work outdoors year-round.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew for maintenance, hardscape, plantings, and seasonal projects.
• Review daily scopes with the crew to meet quality standards.
• Operate landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers).
• Train, mentor and develop crew members; promote safety and teamwork.
• Communicate progress and challenges with supervisors and clients.
• Serve as Snow Plow Driver during snow events; operate plow trucks safely.
