Job summary

Greenscape, a North Carolina landscape company, seeks a dynamic Landscape Project Manager to lead maintenance cycles and ensure quality across diverse projects in the Triangle region. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and align with the Branch Manager to meet client expectations.

The role requires a self-starter with strong time management, proactive problem solving, and excellent client communication, while upholding safety and optimizing resource use in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with job specifications and ensure compliance with approved practices.
• Schedule and prioritize workload to meet client expectations and optimize resources.
• Communicate concerns and improvement opportunities to the Branch Manager.
• Review and approve Client Contracts to be signed by the Branch Manager.
• Set base long-term schedules once jobs are sold and on production board.
• Ensure teams have equipment and fleet; assets are maintained and functional.
• Ensure jobs completed are turned complete in Aspire for billing/processing.
• Coordinate maintenance crews every morning.
• Review weekly goals with Branch Manager.
• Provide daily communication with Branch Manager and team.
• Ensure data is accurately entered and managed in Aspire.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Branch Manager.
