Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Project Architect to develop high-quality landscape designs, construction documents, estimates, and proposals under the guidance of the Design Principal and Directors.

In this role you will mentor landscape designers, review project work, and collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining Mariani standards and utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and ASPIRE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture with emphasis in Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, and coordination in design.
• Basic understanding of site engineering and use of survey equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and follow Mariani standards.
• Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality landscape design with sketches, elevations, and rendered plans.
• Create quality designs within budget and on time.
• Support design team with site analysis, project packages, estimates, and proposals.
• Communicate project status with Directors and team members.
• Adhere to design standards, including planting and AutoCAD standards.
• Mentor Landscape Designers and interns through critiques and guidance.
• Review design packages for creativity, accuracy, and graphic quality.
• Develop accurate grading and drainage plans per site engineering principles.
