The ideal candidate has 5+ years in landscape construction or related fields, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects outdoors in varied Minnesota weather.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in landscape construction, maintenance, or related field.
• Experience supervising field crews and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of landscape methods, materials, equipment.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control.
• Proven leadership and employee development skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Class A Driver's License within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production staff, including crew leaders and field personnel.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Partner with design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership to execute projects.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive high levels of client satisfaction through successful project delivery.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Provide leadership, employee development, and conflict resolution support.
• Assist with technical problem-solving and field operations as needed.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
• Support project estimating, job costing, contract review, and pricing strategies.
• Manage seasonal snow removal operations, including scheduling and dispatching.
• Maintain and improve company safety programs and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee material purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with equipment and fleet personnel to ensure readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects.

A growing and established design-build landscaping company is seeking an experienced Landscape Production Manager to lead construction, installation, maintenance, and seasonal operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing field teams, managing project execution, coordinating resources, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with computer applications and project management tools

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary
• Must be able to obtain a Class A Driver's License within 30 days of hire
