Bedrock Landscaping is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily field operations and ensure landscaping projects and services are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards. This position will lead field teams, coordinate labor and equipment, monitor job performance, and work closely with management to meet production and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily landscaping production and field operations.
• Supervise Foremen, Crew Leaders, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules, labor, equipment, materials, and jobsite priorities.
• Monitor job progress, productivity, labor hours, and overall project performance.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to review quality, safety, productivity, and crew performance.
• Ensure crews have the proper materials, equipment, and information needed to complete assigned work.
• Maintain high standards for landscape installation, maintenance, and overall workmanship.
• Identify production issues and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate project needs, scheduling concerns, and operational updates with management.
• Ensure employees follow company safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Assist with employee training, coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• Monitor equipment use and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Help control labor, material, and equipment costs while meeting production goals.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with resolving customer or jobsite concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate production records and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities as operational needs change.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work both in the field and office environment.
• Ability to travel between jobsites throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk active jobsites and inspect work in progress.
• Must be able to work additional hours as needed based on production demands and project schedules.
