Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Valparaiso, IN seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead 10–25 crew members in lawn maintenance and seasonal snow operations. You will coach teams, plan work, manage resources, and ensure safety and quality standards, with early start times at 7 a.m.

when the season is active. Winter duties shift to overseeing snow operations; the role requires prior supervision experience, Aspire proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach production crews to achieve goals.
• Plan, organize and prepare to ensure productive service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Manage assigned resources and equipment.
• Submit production-related information accurately.
• Previous supervision experience is required.
• Aspire experience (business management system) is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
