Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Lansing, MI seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead and support landscape crews, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This hands-on role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees 4–6 crews, coordinating field operations, scheduling, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience leading and supervising production crews.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Development and coaching of team members through a hands‑on leadership approach.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prepare daily operations efficiently.
• Commitment to quality standards, safety procedures, and accountability.
• Ability to manage equipment, vehicles, and operational resources responsibly.
• Ability to adapt, problem solve, and lead in a fast‑paced environment.
• Landscape industry experience required.
• Desire and ability to embody the Core Values of Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability, and Achievement.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn and utilize company software effectively.
