Job summary

James River Grounds Management is seeking a Crew Member to perform lawn mowing, cleanup, mulching, trimming, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups and related tasks on assigned properties. You will work under the Crew Leader to safely complete landscape enhancement projects.

The role involves operating equipment, applying weed control and other chemicals per regulations, and following installation plans to ensure quality results on each site.

Responsibilities

• Running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Carries out landscape maintenance functions with emphasis on weed control and other chemical applications requiring licensure (as applicable).
• Stores, transports, mixes and applies chemicals in accordance with the law.
• Follows installation instructions and plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
