Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read architectural drawings.
• Dependable; consistently arrives to work on time.
• Safety-conscious; follows safety policies and uses equipment properly.
• Able to teach and train new laborers.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment (e.g., skid steer, backhoe) on job sites.
• Perform landscape maintenance and licensed chemical applications as required.
• Store, transport, mix and apply chemicals in accordance with the law.
• Follow installation instructions with Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Assist in loading/unloading equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain safety and keep site, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized.
• Report any problems to supervisor and participate in trainings.
• Perform other duties as required.
