Job summary

James River Grounds Management is seeking an Enhancements Crew Member to join the installation team. You will perform landscape installation, grading, hardscape installation, and related tasks on projects, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have at least 2+ years in landscape enhancements, read drawings, and maintain safety. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work with limited supervision are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read architectural drawings.
• Able to follow plans as shown on a map of property.
• Dependable; arrives on time and commits to hours.
• Communicates effectively; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• License: Driver's License preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe).
• Carry out landscape enhancement tasks on-site.
• Transport and apply chemicals per law.
• Assist in loading/unloading equipment and supplies.
• Maintain safety and organization at job site and in vehicles/shops.
• Support supervision and training activities.
