Job summary

Brightview Landscapes Ltd. is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across properties. You will operate mowers, edgers, blowers, prune shrubs, plant flowers, and keep beds tidy while following safety protocols.

The role requires 18+ years old, basic horticulture knowledge, and certification on level 1 equipment. Expect outdoor work in varied weather and physical activity with protective gear. Full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and enthusiastic.
• Certified on level 1 landscaping equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance and safe operation of gear.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers, trim, edge with edger, and operate gas-powered blower.
• Prune shrubs/low trees to improve shape or remove damaged branches.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds; mulch leaves when mowing.
• Perform weeding by hand or with tools; maintain equipment.
