Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a dedicated Landscaper to support maintenance of diverse properties. The role involves mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and bed maintenance, with responsibilities for safe equipment use and on-site safety.

The position requires 18+ years old, dependability, and basic horticultural knowledge, plus certification on level 1 equipment. Outdoor work in various conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate landscape equipment like blowers, edgers, mowers.
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance practices.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (blowers, edgers, trimmers, mowers).
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and trim/edge as needed.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along walkways and beds.
• Report unsafe conditions to crew lead and operate safely.
