Steadfast is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties in New York. The role includes planning field operations, driving enhancement sales, and ensuring safety across crews while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in account management and landscape experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. A passion for horticulture and a team-oriented mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of account management and landscape experience.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have Word, Excel, and QuickBooks experience.
• Must have knowledge of different types of plants, turf, and trees.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling field operations for your portfolio
• Enhancement sales
• Proactively communicates with clients, managers and crews
• Ensure safety practices are being followed
• Define marking budgets and activities on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis
• Maintain a weekly expense report detailing all expense activity related to the department
• Keep track of properties' profit and loss statements and manage profit and efficiency
• Manage overtime, routes, chemical usage, crew size, equipment and other factors that affect profitability
• Make on-site property visits regularly to meet with property managers to maintain a strong relationship with client and inspect maintenance work
• Maintain relationship with crews by visiting them during shifts and assisting with teaching proper work techniques
• Prepare and submit property visit reports
