Job summary

The Budd Group in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead a small crew and maintain client properties to the highest standard. You will supervise 3–5 team members, manage equipment, and ensure safety practices on every site.

Responsibilities include irrigation monitoring, plant health checks, and acting as the client-facing representative for quality results. Occasional snow/ice duties may occur.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape maintenance experience.
• 1+ year leadership experience.
• Valid SC driver’s license with clean driving record.
• English reading comprehension; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

What You’ll Do (SEO: Landscape Foreman / Lawn Care Lead) As a Landscape Foreman, you are the heartbeat of our field operations. You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be the Lawn Care Lead who ensures our clients’ properties look pristine.

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience: 2+ years in landscape maintenance and 1+ year in a leadership role.

• Licensing: Must hold a valid SC driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in a job well done.

• Communication: Ability to read and understand instructions in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!).
