The Budd Group in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Landscape Construction & Irrigation Crew Member to join our field team. You’ll work with a dedicated crew on outdoor projects, installing landscape features and irrigation components with precision.

You will operate equipment, prepare sites, and support our irrigation technicians while maintaining safe, clean job sites. This role emphasizes reliability, physical fitness, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical outdoor tasks.
• Willing to learn with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid NC driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape materials, plantings, lawns, and irrigation components.
• Operate equipment, site and soil preparation, grading, and digging with minimal supervision.
• Assist irrigation technician team with loading, unloading, and transporting heavy equipment and materials.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and service company equipment and vehicles daily.
• Serve as a reliable grounds maintenance crew member for clients and architects.

Job Title: Landscape Construction & Irrigation Crew Member

• Pay: $17.07 – $19.00 / hour

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM




• Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, dig, and perform physical outdoor tasks; willingness to learn with minimal supervision
