The Budd Group is seeking motivated individuals for a Landscape Crew Leader in Training role in Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC. This position focuses on growing landscaping skills while learning to lead a crew, maintain high-quality work, and prepare for future advancement opportunities.

Ideal candidates have landscaping experience, enjoy outdoor work, and are eager to develop leadership abilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with pay at $24–$25 per hour and comprehensive

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional landscaping experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift at least 35 pounds throughout the workday.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily crew setup by loading equipment and materials.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and weed eaters.
• Help monitor job site quality and identify landscaping concerns.
• Communicate equipment issues or property damage to the Crew Leader.
• Promote a safe work environment by following all company safety procedures.
• Assist with seasonal work, including snow removal when applicable.
• Learn leadership responsibilities while supporting the Crew Leader in daily operations.

Locations:

Schedule:
