• Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Location: Jake Alexander Blvd S Salisbury, NC

• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Requirements: 1–3 years of landscaping experience; valid NC Driver\'s License with a good driving record; ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively

What You\'ll Do

As a Landscape Crew Member, you will keep our client properties clean, green, and beautiful. Working alongside your crew, a Landscaper / Groundskeeper on our team handles:

• Operating mowers, weed eaters, and edgers for clean turf maintenance.

• Pruning trees and shrubs, mulching beds, and planting new vegetation.

• Maintaining equipment and ensuring safety standards are met on every job site.

• Performing seasonal cleanup and grounds care as directed by your supervisor.

What You Bring To The Team

• 1–3 years of hands-on landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.

• Valid NC driver\'s license and a good driving record.

• Ability to safely handle commercial outdoor power tools.

• Physical strength to lift 35 lbs repetitively and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
