The Budd Group is seeking dependable Landscape Crew Members to join our outdoor maintenance team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll work on commercial properties, learn new skills, operate professional equipment, and contribute to beautiful outdoor spaces. A strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Locations include Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is preferred.
Must be reliable with good attendance.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather; lift at least 35 pounds.
Valid driver’s license is a plus.
Strong safety mindset and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn maintenance, mowing, trimming, edging, and mulching.
Plant and water trees, shrubs, and flowers.
Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers.
Load and unload tools and equipment daily.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
Report damaged equipment or property concerns to supervisor.
Follow safety procedures and standards.
Assist with seasonal work, including snow removal when applicable.
Support crew to complete projects efficiently.

The Budd Group is looking for dependable, hardworking Landscape Crew Members to join our growing team. Whether you have previous landscaping experience or come from construction, lawn care, maintenance, or another outdoor labor background, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people.

You’ll work alongside an experienced crew maintaining commercial properties while learning new skills, operating professional equipment, and contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces. If you're reliable, safety-minded, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.

Locations: Charlotte, NC and Greenville (Piedmont), SC

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $17-$19 per hour

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Previous landscaping, lawn care, construction, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience is preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and dependable with good attendance
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to safely lift at least 35 pounds throughout the workday
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
Valid driver's license is a plus
