What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Crew Leader (also known as a Landscape Foreman or Landscaping Supervisor), you will lead a dedicated crew to maintain high-quality commercial grounds.

• Direct daily grounds maintenance operations on client sites.

• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

• Guide and train your crew members to ensure quality work and high safety standards.

• Serve as the main point of contact on-site as a trusted Landscape Crew Leader, keeping projects on schedule.

What You Bring to the Team

• Active, valid Driver's License (Required).

• Previous experience as a Landscape Crew Leader, Landscape Foreman, or senior crew member.

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.

• Ability to work outdoors comfortably in various weather conditions.
