DCPS, a rapidly growing commercial property services contractor, seeks a Landscape Maintenance Manager in Colorado to lead the Landscape Maintenance division, coordinating with RM, Account Management, and Production Operations to drive revenue growth and profitability. You will ensure service excellence, coach teams, and align pricing with client commitments.

You will partner with leadership to develop a high-performing team, oversee proposals and renewals, and promote safety and accountability

Qualifications

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Management team to achieve client, operational, financial, and growth objectives.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, measurable goals, and accountability standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for Account Management, Production, and field leadership.
  • Develop future leaders and strengthen the management structure to support division growth.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers on client meetings, property reviews, renewals, and strategic opportunities.
  • Provide operational expertise during client and prospect interactions, identifying enhancement opportunities and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop competitive, executable proposals.
  • Review labor, materials, pricing, and execution strategies for large or complex proposals.
  • Ensure proposals, renewals, and pricing opportunities are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Support contract renewals by aligning pricing, production capabilities, service levels, and client commitments.
  • Participate in key client presentations and sales discussions when leadership can strengthen the opportunity.
  • Partner with the Division Manager to develop and execute the division strategy.

Position Summary
The Landscape Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the Landscape Maintenance division, including coordination with the Relationship Management (RM) team, Account Management, Production Operations, financial performance, and sales growth.
This role is accountable for driving operational and cultural excellence, client retention, revenue growth, and overall profitability of the division. The Landscape Maintenance Manager serves as a key link between client-facing teams and production leadership, ensuring that service commitments, operational capabilities, and financial objectives remain aligned.
