  • Ability to understand and manage budgets, job costs, financial targets, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily division production priorities and ensure effective operational execution.
  • Manage landscape maintenance, installation, and enhancement activities to keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Coordinate scheduling, labor allocation, job assignments, equipment needs, and workflow to maximize productivity and service quality.
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop operations teams through regular guidance, feedback, and training.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through talent assessment, performance management, and ongoing employee development.
  • Conduct regular site audits to monitor job quality, safety, client satisfaction, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively implement solutions to address safety, performance, scheduling, and production concerns.
  • Track and communicate key operational and financial performance metrics to leadership.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, administrative teams, and other departments to develop and execute operational strategies.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to established processes, role checklists, and standard operating procedures.
  • Complete employee performance reviews and check-ins accurately and on schedule.
  • Promote a culture of responsive communication, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
