Job summary

MMC Land Management is seeking a Landscape Maintenance - Mowing Crew Leader to guide a crew through mowing and landscape upkeep for residential and commercial properties. You will operate mowers, edgers, blowers and trimmers while ensuring safety and quality.

This outdoor role offers teamwork, opportunities for career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. Snow removal is required in winter with overtime pay (1.5x). Health, dental, vision, and retirement plans are provided.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of landscaping experience preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Dependable and punctual with required work hours.
Willingness to learn landscape maintenance and installation.
Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and work with a crew to perform lawn mowing, edging and general landscape maintenance.
Operate and maintain power equipment such as mowers, edgers, blowers, and trimmers.
Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges as needed.
Care for lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding and edging beds.
Plant seeds, bulbs and shrubs; apply mulch as needed.
Remove debris from driveways, walkways, and parking lots.
Assist with landscape installation projects and snow removal with overtime pay in winter.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.
